With over 15 years’ experience leading strategic, high-impact events, Emma is an award-winning Event Director and the founder of Totum Events.

She has worked across sectors from healthcare and housing to sustainability and finance, delivering everything from flagship conferences, exhibitions and branded client experiences to partnered events and award ceremonies — helping organisations across industries and markets launch new propositions, grow communities, and turn events into commercial growth drivers.

Working globally with brands such as Reuters, GovNet and Apex Global, she consistently designs experiences that resonate across regions while staying grounded in strategic outcomes.

Formerly Portfolio Director of HETT, the UK’s largest healthtech event series, Emma is known for her ability to cut through noise, find the people that matter, and build platforms that give them something worth showing up for.

Whether it’s shaping strategy, elevating a presence, or leading a full delivery, she brings clarity, creativity and calm to every step of the process.
